it would actually be the best type of governance. The only problem is its risky, cuz the said person would have to be a rare good kind and you never know what you'd get. Thats the whole problem of dictatorships, is you might get really lucky or unlucky.
When power is shared between many agents it can create inefficiencies. So ideally, if one person was perfect (you can take me as an example) then you'd rather have him both CEO and chairman
