Ultimate Recharge Update is now live.

Clean up of code to improve performance.

ULTIMATE HEROES:

All Ultimate Hero Revive times have been increased from 180 seconds to 220.

Dark Archon:
Reduced Base Shields from 5000 to 3000
Health Scale is reduced from 250 to 150 per health upgrade.
Shield Scale is increased from 250 to 300 per health upgrade.
Increased Health Regeneration Rate by +250% (from 2 to 5)
Increased Delay to start Health Regeneration from 5 seconds to 10.
Reduced Shield Armor from 3 to 2.

Archon:
Reduced Base Shield Health from 4000 to 2000.
Increased Base health from 4000 to 5000.
Psionic Storm Ability on Archon has x2 Charges.
Khaydarin Amulet Upgrade now gives +100 Maximum energy from +75.
Reduced Shield Armor from 3 to 2.
Increased Energy Regeneration Rate from 1.25 to 1.5

Nova:
Increased Base Lash Damage from 800 to 1000.
Increased Lash Damage scale per hero attack upgrade from 90 to 100.
Increased Base EMP Damage from 250 to 500.
Increased EMP Damage scale from 25 to 50.
Changed Hotkey for “Ultrasonic Pulse” ability to Q.
Reduced Ultrasonic Pulse Ability energy cost from 75 to 50.
Reduced Base Range for Lash ability from 10.5 to 10.
Nuking time Upgrade will reduce “Nuke Calldown” from 3 seconds to 4 seconds per upgrade.

Kerrigan:
Replaced Kerrigan’s main Weapon with Energy Blast.
Energy Blast can hit up to 4 targets when they are close to each other.
Energy Blast grants 30% faster attack speed while keep attacking after the 4th Attack.
Base damage for Energy blast is 150.
Base health for Kerrigan is reduced from 6500 to 6000
Bio-Stasis ability is removed.
Psionic Shockwave Ability is removed.
All other abilities Energy cost and cooldown remain the same.

Odin:
Increased Base Health from 7000 to 10000.
All Abilities are now cooldown enabled, energy on Odin is removed.
Added a 60 Seconds cooldown for “Barrage Cannons” Ability.
Increased cooldown for Psionic Boost Ability from 30 to 45 seconds.

Tempest:
Added “Tempest Morph” as Ultimate Hero for phoenix.
Morphing to Tempest, requires 1 phoenix and the cooldown for the Ultimate hero to be ready is set to 180 seconds.
Tempest Ultimate hero can lift and attack units while in “Graviton Beam” having maximum range of 8.5 by manually clicking on the lifting target.
Added to Tempest “Disintegration Ability”.
Disintegration Maximum range is 9, & the ability fire’s a projectile that deals “Damage over Time” to target unit, (500 damage over 20 seconds).
Base health for Tempest will be 2000hp and 1500 shields.
Base Armor will be to 2 and shield armor to 1.
Tempest cannot attack structures.
Maximum energy will be 200 – Graviton energy cost is set to 50 – Disintegration is set to 100 with 60 seconds cooldown.
Base Damage for Tempest is set to 200 (300 vs Heroic), splash fraction is 25% with a 0.5 radius.
Weapon range is set to 10 and attack speed to 2.
Damage scale per hero attack upgrade is +25.
Tempest base movement speed is set to 2.2

Heroes:

Phoenix:
Removed Ground Weapon

Ghost:
EMP Ability removes 50% shields & energy from target unit. (Previously was 55% shields & 100% energy)
Reduced base EMP Radius from 2.5 to 2.
Increase Snipe damage upgrade has 2 levels from 3.
Cost for Upgrade Snipe damage is reduced from 175 to 150 for level 1 & 250 for level 2.
Added in “Upgrade Snipe Damage” +0.25 to EMP radius.
Increase Snipe Damage upgrade gives +200 to Heroic while normal hero attack upgrade gives +150.
Reduced sight radius given per upgrade from +1 to 0.5 for ghost, and for Nova from +1 to 0.75.
Base Snipe Damage has been decreased from 2000 to 1800.
Increased Snipe Upgrade scale damage from +45 to +50 per upgrade.
Increased Energy Regeneration of Ghost by +5%.
Base health has been increased from 1150 to 1250.
Health Upgrade scale has been increased from 69 to 75 per hero health upgrade.
Nukin time upgrade has 2 levels from 3.
Cost for nuking time upgrade will be 200250 for level 2.
Nuking time Upgrade will reduce “Nuke Calldown” from 3 seconds to 4 seconds per upgrade.

Infestor Hero:
Increased Fungal Damage per "Fungal Upgrade from hero" to +4 from +3.
Leech Energy drain delay from the target unit has been reduced from 2 seconds to 1 second.
Reduced leech ability range from 10 to 9.
Increase "Fungal Range" upgrade now has 2 levels from 3. Level 1 cost is 150 from 200, level 2 is 250.
Increase “Fungal Growth Range” now gives +0.75 per upgrade from +0.5
Added in “Increase Fungal Growth” upgrade a +0.5 range to leech.
Total “Fungal Damage” is now visible without the need to calculate ONLY for the “heroic upgrades within the hero”.

High Templar Hero:
Reduced base “Feedback Ability” range from 10 to 9.
Added in “Increase Psi storm range” upgrade by +0.5 to feedback’s range.
Increase “Psi Storm Range” upgrade now has 2 levels from 3. Cost is 150 + 250.
Increase “Psi Storm Range” now gives +0.75 per upgrade from +0.5
Increased in “Upgrade Psi Storm” damage to +6 per upgrade from +5.
Khyadarin Amulet Upgrade cost has been increased from 250 to 300.
(Previous maximum damage with all upgrades was 280, new value is 320 damage)

Hunter Killer Hero:
Increased Health scale from 80 to 100 per hero health upgrade.

Lurker Hero:
Increased weapon base range from 4.75 to 5.

Elite Mercenaries:

Mothership:
Increased Price from 300 to 350 Minerals.
Increased Kill bounty from 150 to 175.

MERCENARIES:

Roach:
Removed AoE Damage from Roach “Melee Weapon”
Increased base damage from 18 to 20.

Beetle.
Removed AoE Damage from beetle.
Increased base attack from 26 to 30.
Reduced base attack speed 1.5 to 1.3

Hydralisk:
Increased Base Weapon Range from 5 to 5.5

Maraider:
Increased Health upon morph from "Marauder" to "Maraider" to +50 from +40.

Spectre:
Base Damage has been reduced from 16 to 15.

GENERAL

Arena Shop Abilities:
Destroy Base defense will no longer destroy “Missile Turrets”, but will destroy “Photon Cannon, Spine Crawler, Bunker and Perdition Turret”, the cost remains the same.
Destroy Mercenary Compound mineral cost has been increased from 1.000 to 1.500.
Disable Marine Spawning duration has been reduced from 120 seconds to 90.
Increased in "Self Medicated" upgrade all Heroic Regeneration values to +50% from +25% per upgrade.
Reduced Cost of “Rapid Recharge” from 500 to 300.
Removed “Heroic Evasion” Ability.

Marine Morphs:
All Marine Morphs will now require “Upgrades” in order to be enabled.
Having 6 Marine ONLY Attack Upgrades, will enable the option to use a marine morph
All morphs except double spawn will have 1 health armor as base.

Tosh Marine Morph:
Increased Base Shield Health to 55 from 45.
Reduced Shield Health scale to +5 from +10 per Marine Health Upgrade.

Command Center:
Moved "Radar Tower" under Base Defenses tab.
Base Defenses tab has been renamed to "Radar Tower & Base Defenses".
